What is BURNBLOCK® and how does it work
BURNBLOCK® is a none-toxic and organic fire retardant consisting entirely of harmless ingredients combined in a patented formula.
There are several none-toxic and/or organic fire retardants, but to our best knowledge BURNBLOCK® is the only none-toxic fire retardant which can obtain the results necessary in order to achieve the certification required for a fire retardant to be used at industrial level.
Our most significant industrial competitors are (highly) toxic and constituting a serious environmental hazard.
At EU legislative level, the ingredients necessary in order to make the traditional - toxic - fire retardants work, are facing a scenario, where they are gradually moving towards the effective and total ban.
In Europe, the non-toxic fire retardant of BURNBLOCK® has obtained the same efficiency classification (EUROCLASS B) as Arch, Osmose, and Wolman.
When mixed and manufactured in accordance with our secret methods and added a ”twist”, the BURNBLOCK® none-toxic fire-retardant is second to none in effectiveness.
BURNBLOCK® has undergone close examinations by designated EU authorities (Danish Technological Institute - DTI) and the authorities have issued a health assessment concluding that BURNBLOCK® is completely harmless and even in case the substance should make contact with the human eye, it will be no more harmful, than had it been orange juice.
