Mr. Henrik Lyngbye Pedersen
Henrik is a professional investor and the controlling majority shareholder of BURNBLOCK Group. Henrik is also the financing source of BURNBLOCK Group.
Henrik’s grandfather was one of the two founders of NOVO, which was merged with NORDISK and are now doing business as NOVO NORDISK, the leading inventor and manufacturer of diabetes drugs and other significant pharmaceutical products, and is one of the biggest employers in Denmark at all. Henrik is a major shareholder in NOVO NORDISK as well and is passionate about the invention and development of products, which are useful and good for human beings and the environment.
This is why Henrik was attracted to BURNBLOCK® and its vision of replacing environmentally hazardous products which are polluting the environment on a worldwide basis though heavy industrial use – with a none-toxic and environmental friendly alternative – BURNBLOCK® - which is 100 % biodegradable.
Mr. John Griem
John, being the founder of BURNBLOCK Group and the inventor of the none-toxic and organic BURNBLOCK® fire retardant, is indeed passionate about environmental friendly solutions to pollution related problems.
Having welcomed Henrik on-board, John is still a major shareholder.
John is particularly eager to get started in the US and as soon as the formalities have been taken care of John will be playing a major and active role in the go2market strategy for the US.
Mr. Kristian Elvang-Göransson
Education: Cand.jur. (Danish equivalent to J.D.); admitted to the Bar in Denmark since 1993. Master of Law degree (LL.M) from University of Bristol (UK) 1995. QLTT from Collage of Law, London (UK) 1996.
Recent job functions: Danish practising lawyer; managing partner of Elvang & Partners, and partner in Vilsøe Law Firm.
Mr. Peter Vilsøe
Education: Cand.jur. (Danish equivalent to J.D.); admitted to the Bar in Denmark since 1993. Advanced Business Degree (HD Finance) from Copenhagen Business School 1996. MBA from INSEAD (France) 1998.
Recent job functions: Danish practising lawyer; managing partner of Vilsøe Law Firm and partner in Elvang & Partners, Law Firm.
Mr. Torben Lyst
BURNBLOCK Group CEO.
Education: Cand.jur. (Danish equivalent to J.D.); admitted to the Bar in Denmark since 1998. Master of Law degree (LL.M) from California Western School of Law in San Diego, 1999-2000.
Recent job functions: 5 years with Denmark’s biggest law firm, Kromann Reumert; then more than 10 years of experience as in-house lawyer/general counsel with Nycomed pharmaceuticals, Danish Rail (International Dept., London UK) and Danish listed companies.
Mrs. Christina Holck
5 years of practical experience from the fire retardant industry. Specialized in implementing BURNBLOCK® in woven as well as non-woven textiles.
Mr. Paw Christian Fælled
Technical consultant. 5 years of practical experience from the fire retardant industry.
